These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of bizzdev.co, our free articles, and bizzdev ABSP, our enterprise architecture frameworks license ("Services"), operated by Bizzdevv LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your organization to purchase a license.
License and Payment
The bizzdev ABSP license is billed annually at the rate shown when you purchase it. Your rate locks at that price for as long as your license remains active; we may change rates for new licensees. Licenses are capped at 6,000; once the cap is reached, new licensees join a waitlist.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals.
License to Use Frameworks
Your license grants your organization the right to use the frameworks, scorecards, playbooks, SOPs, and models internally. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly republish them without written permission.
No Professional Advice
Our frameworks and intelligence are provided for business informational purposes. They are not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for how you apply them. Illustrative examples and sample values on this site are labeled as such.
Relationship to scorvv
ABSP was developed by scorvv and is licensed through bizzdev. References to scorvv services link to scorvv.com, where those services are governed by scorvv's own terms.
Intellectual Property
All content, frameworks, and materials are owned by Bizzdevv LLC or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bizzdevv LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
